This agenda item provides Ministers and Heads of Delegation with a dedicated space for strategic dialogue on the priority projects and thematic areas they consider most critical to advancing sustainable development in the Greater Caribbean and addressing pressing regional challenges. Building on the outcomes of the Investment Roundtables and the ACS project portfolio, the dialogue will enable Ministers to share national and regional perspectives, identify areas of convergence, and signal collective priorities that can guide the Association’s efforts in project development, partnership-building, and resource mobilization
