AI Readiness Check
The AI Readiness Check (ARC) is an interactive tool to help government employees self-assess their AI abilities. The assessment is carefully designed to support government employees across all roles and levels of seniority. The three pathways — Leader, Implementer and User— reflect the varied ways government employees may engage with AI in government. Each participant completes 20 questions answering ‘Yes/No’, for a fast and intuitive self-assessment.

Bain & Company, in collaboration with the World Government Summit, has launched the AI-enabled Sustainability Readiness Tool, designed to help organizations assess and advance their sustainability integration. Built on the LEAD Framework, the tool empowers public, private, and third-sector organizations globally by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. Through a ~30-question assessment, organizations can evaluate their sustainability readiness.

It utilizes a comprehensive and integrated assessment framework based on the exposure to hazards and vulnerabilities coupled with the institutional capacity to respond, recover, and transform. The framework provides a composite index based on 131 key performance indicators (KPIs) covering 36 dimensions and an institutional readiness checklist.
