2.2 Dubai Municipality Hall

As geopolitical realignments, energy transitions, and technological disruption reshape global markets, GCC–Europe economic relations are entering a phase of accelerated diversification and interdependence. Trade routes, capital allocations, and industrial strategies on both sides are being reconfigured by sovereign investment ambitions, Europe’s competitiveness agenda, and the Gulf’s push into new growth sectors, from clean energy and critical minerals to digital infrastructure and advanced manufacturing. This session examines where the next decade of GCC–Europe trade and capital flows is likely to move, and what policy, regulatory, and partnership levers can unlock deeper integration. It will explore how both regions can co-develop resilient supply chains, scale climate and digital transition financing, and build trusted, long-term economic linkages that reinforce prosperity across two of the world’s most strategically connected markets.
