The New Vision for Lebanon: What’s Next?
February 03, 2026
1.1 Plenary Hall
Lebanon stands at a critical inflection point. After years of political paralysis, economic collapse, and social strain, the country faces a defining moment to restore confidence, rebuild institutions, and re-establish its role in the region and the global economy. The path forward requires not only urgent reform, but a clear national vision capable of mobilising citizens, institutions, and international partners.
In this session, H.E. Dr. Nawaf Salam outlines his vision for Lebanon’s next chapter. The conversation will explore priorities for governance reform, economic stabilisation, and institutional credibility, as well as the conditions needed to restore trust — both domestically and internationally. Moderated by Emad Eldin Adeeb, the discussion will focus on what must change, what can realistically be achieved, and how leadership can translate vision into execution at a moment of national consequence.
