Brian heads up the Fintech department at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). He works to develop the fintech ecosystem in the UAE by driving new regulatory initiatives and key technology infrastructure projects that improve the adoption of fintech.
