Mr. Ko been working with the National Information Society Agency(NIA) since 2003. His specialty is Data, ICT convergence, and Digital Gov. He's worked to oversee presidential agenda, especially e-government projects. Recently, He worked as Vice President and was in-charge of Department of Data and responsible of the “AI Open Data Project."
