H.E. Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini has served as the UAE’s Minister of State for Financial Affairs since September 2021. He holds a master’s degree in international business administration from Webster University in Switzerland. With over 25 years of experience, he has held leadership roles across banking, telecommunications, and real estate sectors. He chairs the General Pension and Social Security Authority and Al Etihad Credit Bureau and serves as Vice Chairman of the Federal Tax Authority. Internationally, he was elected President of the World Bank Group’s Development Committee in 2022. Previously, he chaired Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) and Emaar Malls, and served on boards of Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic Bank, and Emirates Investment Authority. His strategic vision focuses on fiscal sustainability, global economic engagement, and advancing the UAE’s financial governance.
