
Mohamed Bin Taliah

H.E. Mohamed Bin Taliah serves as the Chief of Government Services for the United Arab Emirates Government. In this role, he spearheads the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program (EGSEP), delivering on His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision of making the UAE the global leader in government services. He has led the design and launch of transformative nationwide initiatives, including the Services 2.0 Design Model, the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program, the Global Star Rating System for Services, and the GovTech Prize, a decade-strong global award celebrating innovation in services across governments, startups, and students. H.E. Bin Taliah leads the government efforts in shaping the future of the nation’s public services, driving programs that enhance service quality, optimize operational efficiency, and foster digital resilience. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, his work ensures the UAE continues to exceed customer expectations and maintain its leadership in service excellence on a global scale. Bin Taliah has previously held several managerial positions in various fields in the public and private sectors, including IT, cyber security, corporate governance, media, and ICT. From 2014 to 2019, he served as Assistant Director General for the Corporate Services Sector at the Prime Minister’s Office, in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs. Bin Taliah holds the Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the British University in Dubai, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi.
