Lisa Douglas-Paul is an international trade and development professional. Since August 2024 she has worked at the ACS and, in July 2025, was appointed Director of the Directorate for Cooperation and Resource Mobilization. As a proud Trinidad and Tobago national, she is committed to advancing the development agenda of the Greater Caribbean.
