Hon. Clifton Grima is the Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation of the Republic of Malta. A lawyer by profession, he brings extensive experience in public service and policy leadership. In his ministerial role, Hon. Grima is responsible for Malta’s education sector and sport industry, and has played a key role in shaping future-oriented strategies across education, youth, research, and innovation. He is also recognized for leading major reforms in sport governance and the voluntary sector, strengthening accountability and transparency, and supporting the modernization of sport strategy and infrastructure to position Malta as a host for international sporting events.
