Asrar Damdam is a scientist and entrepreneur who pursued her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and was awarded the L’Oréal-UNESCO for Women in Science Award (2020) and was named to Forbes 30 under 30 list of innovators for 2021. She is the founder and CEO of Uvera, a technology startup that focuses on reducing food waste to half by 2030.
