"John F. Helliwell, of the Vancouver School of Economics at UBC, long-time Research Associate of the NBER, is Senior Fellow of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research and Co-Director of CIFAR’s program on ‘Social Interactions, Identity and Well-Being’.
