H.E. Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon
Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Government of the United Mexican States
He was elected Head of Government of Mexico City from 2006-2012. In this responsibility, he ensured social rights of vulnerable groups, receiving the 2010 World Mayor Prize for this endeavor. He chaired the Global Network of Safe Cities of the United Nations Organisation. H.E. has been Mexico's Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2018.
